The wearing bar gauge is 16G, but the bottom part is thick like you have stretched your septum piercing, what a smart design!

I bought both sizes and love both of them, they give the appearance of a stretched septum and I like the fact that they are made with titanium too. I expected it to heavier but it’s really not that bad.
