I ordered two hoops for my nostril piercings and ended up choosing the wrongs size for myself. Customer service was quick to respond to my email about an exchange and sent me new ones quickly. They let me keep the original hoops so I didn't have to deal with returning them and now I just wear them as earrings :) great quality products too! Would definitely recommend!
