Recently got some new septum rings and loved all of them except one that got damaged in shipping. So I emailed them about the damaged product and I got a quick and very polite response back. Exactly what I was expecting, very cute and fits great. Only downside is the 'tail' of the moth tickles my upperlip. So for future buyers this might be something to look out for.
